An ordinary day.
When I went out to play.
Into the cold snow I went.
And I refuse to repent.

It was so quiet.
Before the riot.
A lot of screaming.
With people teaming.

I will leave now.
And take my bow.
Before I am seen.
I’m leaving the scene.

DARK WATER

Dark water.
Night comes slowly.
Footsteps fall softly.
Boats drift by.
A cat meows.
Footsteps move closer.
I can see no one.
A noise by the garbage can.
A splash in the water.
Footsteps sounding louder.
An oar hitting the water.
Chains rattling.
More footsteps.
I turn around.
A flash of light.
Footsteps stop.
My ride's here.
My gondola is filled with flowers
and my true love.
A perfect end to the day.

MEOW!

I know everything.
I know what you’re doing
and what you’re thinking.
Nothing surprises me anymore.
I know what to expect out of life.
All I need is food and a comfortable
place to sleep.
All else is unimportant.
Goodbye silly human.
I need my beauty sleep.
