THE WINDS HAVE SPOKEN

What strange manifestations does the Indian curse have in store for the residents of Blue Harbor?

Neither sand, water, snow, nor fire can defeat the Penobscot curse.

But the cursed ones have never faced Elizabeth and Scarlett as they fight to protect their town.

Follow our fearless heroines as they investigate the curse at its source.

Will the Penobscot Indians welcome their intrusion or close ranks?

Find out in BOOK TWO, available this summer.

REGRETS, I HAVE A FEW

Source:sj0

As I fade away,

I think of days gone by.

As I crumble to sand,

I remember the past.

As I shrivel to nothing,

I regret what I’ve done.

But most of all,

I regret what I haven’t.

ICY COLD

Ice Fire

Cold.

Icy cold.

My toes feel numb.

My fingers tingle.

The wind howls.

Sleep tempts me.

But I must continue.

A few more steps.

Silence wraps its arms around me.

I raise my face to the sky.

The colors take my breath away.

A SHADOW IN THE WIND

The castle sits in the woods.

Memories fill its walls.

Echoes of laughter

vibrate the still air.

Whisps of smoke float

between the trees.

A transparent shadow

settles beside me,

with a tap on my shoulder,

a sigh in my ear.

With a wistful smileI say,

Goodbye, my love.

We’ll be together again soon.

A LIVING SCULPTURE

A living and breathing sculpture.

It entices us.

It bemuses us.

It challenges us.

But most of all,

it inspires us.

PREY FOR THE DEAD

I’m over here.

I can smell your fear.

You won’t be alone.

I can hear your moan.

I’ll be rising soon

On the next full moon.

I’ll rise from down under

On lightning and thunder.

You will not recognize me.

I’ll be different you see.

My new body is strong.

Now, do not get me wrong.

I still love you, my dear.

Of that, please have no fear.
