PEOPLE TO KILL

What a great sign.
It could be sitting at the
entrance to Oasis.
A town plagued by evil.
Evil in its many forms.
Vampires, human vampires,
and vampire derivatives.
Playing their deadly games.
At the expense of unsuspecting
tourists and residents.
Come and join the fun.
You can be added to their kill list.
Don’t miss out.
Your life could end today.

VIEW FROM A WINDOW

Open the window.
Let the fresh air inside.
Look out at the bright lights.
The people hurrying on the streets.
The tall buildings.
Are people asleep behind the dark windows?
Are there parties being thrown behind the lit ones?
So much activity.
So much to see.
What is that?
A shooting star.
A sure sign that we are never alone.

WHAT'S NEXT?

Life can be lonely.
Life can be sad.
Why reinforce it?
Why stand alone?
No smiling.
No talking.
What’s next?
No breathing?

FOLLOW THE SIGN

A sign like this only invites intruders.
Just like warning the people of Oasis
to stay away from the party at End House.
Of course, the innocent residents are going.
Some won’t be making it back alive.
It wasn’t as if they weren’t warned.
Follow the sign at your own risk.
