BY THE SEA

Come with me to the pool by the sea.
Oasis is the best place to be.
Relax by the pool or sit at the bar.
Tourists visit this place from near and far.

I think I’ll take a dip in the pool.
I am definitely not a fool.
I’d never pass up a chance for fun
Or a tan in the Florida sun.

Wait. Come and look over here.
I found a book on the chair.
A small town is a beautiful place.
I see the stunned look on your face.

Oasis Hotel resembles this one.
But it isn’t always fun in the sun.
It is a haven for The Dead.
Is the heat going to your head?

The sky is turning cloudy and dark.
I can see shadows over the park.
What’s that standing behind you?
It’s not one shadow but two.

More shadows are coming ashore.
I’m not going to wait for more.
Our destiny seems to be in this book.
I’m leaving now without a second look.

SILENCE

Oasis Hotel Pool

Silence reigns supreme.
The sun hides its face.
Palm trees shake their leaves.
Winds pick up their pace.

The hotel stands deserted.
Flapping sounds fill the air.
Dark shadows join the fray
Beneath his icy stare.

HAVE A DRINK

Paradise awaits.
Enjoy a drink by the pool.
A swim in the ocean.
A walk on the beach.
Drink up and be merry.

Night is approaching.
And so are The Dead.
They walk the streets at night.
Drink from their victims.
And party until the morning light.

Is there no one to stop them?
What about The Watchers?
Vampire police who’ve lived for centuries.
They will fight The Dead.
Oasis will return from its darkness.

Long live Oasis, Florida.

GOODBYE TO ONE AND ALL

1 nFnLITTbo-ReW53f2UEktQ

Creepy, creepy, scary.

This can become hairy.

The house is haunted and dark.
I came on a simple lark.

But now that I’m here,

I’m frozen with fear.
A party is to be held for us all,
But to evil creatures we might just fall.
Down to the basement we go,

This is silly even I know.

Saws are swinging up ahead,

Looking to chop off a head.

Traps are falling from the low ceiling.

My wet feet are losing all feeling.

We are standing in a pool.

And I feel like a big fool.

We should have gone when we had a chance.
The creatures will make us sing and dance.

The Dead have a morbid sense of humor,

Should have listened to every rumor.

Goodbye to one and all.

I see the bouncing ball.

VACATION TO REMEMBER

Come and follow the trees.
The long line of palm trees.
Leading you to the Oasis Hotel.
A hotel in paradise.
Airy rooms.
Arched doorways.
Wealthy guests.
Too bad many won’t return home.
Dark shadows visit at night.
Snatching innocent victims.
Come and enjoy.

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Palm trees waving in the breeze.
A taste of salt water in the air.
Calm waters in blues and greens.
Lush greenery as far as the eye can see.
Too good to be true?
Does a place like this exist?
It does exist in Oasis, Florida.
A small community nestled on the beach.
Brilliant white sand sparkles in the afternoon sun.
Tourists sunbathe alongside the pool of the Oasis Hotel.
But at night everything changes.
Gone is the feeling of peace and serenity.
Gone are the warm trade winds.
Instead, cold winds bring with them dark shadows.
Dark shadows bringing evil and fear.
The Dead have come to town.

THE ROAD TO OASIS

Oasis hotel
Take the road to Oasis, Florida.
Lined with trees shedding pink petals.
A bright and sunny road.
Filled with wishes and dreams.
No worries or despairs.

At its end stands the Oasis Hotel.
Waiting with open arms.
High archways invite sea breezes.
Tourists lounge by the pool.
Waiters hand out drinks.
No worries or despairs.
Until night falls.
Dark shadows appear on the streets.
And on the white-sand beach.
No worries or despairs.
For those who take care.
Death for those who do not.
