Where will it lead us?

To our family?

To happier times?

We could always dream.

COME TO ME MY LOVED ONES

Will we be alone when we leave this earth?
Will we have loved ones to support us?
Will they appear in the mist to guide us?
Three names sit on top of the list for me.
Will I ever see them again?
Will I remember my brother,
who I haven’t seen in thirty years?
Will he remember me?
Will our love be as strong?
What about my parents, who
I’ve seen them more recently?
They will not forget me.
They could not forget me,
for I would never forget them.
Come to me my three loved ones
when my time comes.
We will walk together into the bright light.
