This isn’t true.

Everyone has something to offer.

Let no one make you feel unimportant.

Each of us has an important role to play.

A spot on earth’s surface.

Our importance over-exagerrated.

Our size magnified over time.

Take a step back.

Measure our scope and reach.

Compared to the universe.

Compared to the planets and stars.

Compared to the sun.

Understand your importance.

Understand your insignificance,

In the scheme of life.

LIMTED ACCESS

Our view of the world is limited
to what our minds
can see and understand.
As we look out at the world
with our human eyes,
it’s as if we’re looking through
a small and narrow keyhole.
A keyhole that lets in only
select sights and sounds.
We should not be so comfortable
and arrogant with our lives,
for we are just specks in the universe.
Specks that are allowed only limited access.
