Pebbles drift in the ocean
in multitudes too many to count.
I yearn for the dark sea
as it holds mystery for me.
I will join these pebbles,
one more to their endless journey,
where I may find answers
to questions unspoken.

ENDLESS PILE
Pebbles float in the water.
Too many pebbles to count.
The sea holds mystery for me.
It offers freedom from the grind.
It may hold the answers I seek.
I will join the floating pebbles.
Add one more to the endless pile.

THE SEA FOR ME
A walk through the rocks.
Blocking my path to the ocean.
Big rocks.
Small pebbles.
All in my way.
I will hop, skip,
and jump over them.
Until there are no more.
No more obstacles on my journey.
Only the sea.
For me.
