5-Star Review of The Dead At Heart

Linda and Greg’s love bond grows strong while William and Sam combat to attest their love for Shauna. A love triangle immerses. Elite vampires called ‘The Watchers’ live in a mansion concealed deep in the marshlands of Florida. Apprehension, divergences and tensions run high. The Watchers seize William and make him become one of them. Within the excitements and tumbles of the encounters among vampires and werewolves the realm is in turmoil. The 3rd book in ‘The Dead Game’ series is edgy and laden with tension, friendship bonds and passion. With astonishing twist and turns and rich word picture descriptions this paranormal read is a great addition to this series. Hats off to the creative author Susanne Leist.

“Set five years after the events in Leist’s (The Dead Game, 2013) previous novel, this sequel aims to expand on the threat of Wolf and explore romance among the vamps. Readers will also enjoy a touch of mystery when they discover that Wolf’s spirit has migrated into a new body...
